What We Ask of Partners
Our partnerships operate on mutual transparency. To protect the financial integrity of the deposit system, we require the following from our partner garages:
- 1.Notify Firnic within 3 business days of a missed driver payment.
- 2.Redirect any deposit refunds (e.g., at the end of a completed contract or a default termination) directly to Firnic, not the driver.
- 3.Maintain basic information sharing regarding the driver's standing and vehicle condition.
